1. You agree that once you place your order, that I do not accept returns or cancellations because these are customized products.
2. For customized products that include names, personal photos, or designs that may not appeal to other clients, there is a $20.00 non-refundable deposit due prior to your order being processed. This is deducted from the total and the balance will be due at shipping or pick-up.
3. All pieces are inspected before shipping/pick-up. If there is any damage during shipping please contact me and include pictures of the damaged packaging (if any) and products. Please contact me within 48 hours after the delivery of the item.
4. Please double-check any spelling or grammar for any requested names or quotes. I am not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end.
5. All items are handmade and as a result, may contain slight imperfections. Designs and glitter may vary from cup to cup. Colors also vary in pictures due to lighting or display. Non-glittered cups may contain stray glitter. Just rest assured that I put lots of love and care into each piece that I create.
6. To ensure the life of your tumbler please follow the care card instructions that are included. Click the Learn More button below for detailed instructions. The shop is not responsible for damage due to improper care.
Ready to ship products are shipped USPS within 5 days after payment has cleared.
Custom products are shipped USPS within 4 to 6 weeks after payment has cleared.
Tracking will be communicated to you. Once items are shipped, any delays are out of my control.
